REFUND POLICY

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final once the file has been delivered. Please read the full product description before purchasing.

Exceptions
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading or opening your file, contact us at support@eventually.com and we will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incompatibility with an app not listed in the product description, or difficulties unrelated to our file.

Email support@eventually.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
